For sure I've heard this beautiful melody before but I  never knew its name.
Greenslleves song was mentioned in the book by Iris Murdoch "Sea the sea", as a symbol of love between the main character and his beloved in their younger days.
What a pure melody, what a sweet feeling it brings.

This song sounds so gothic.
It reminded me of a short period of my early happier days when I could contemplate our local gothic movement (days were happier never because of the gothic gang :) )
I wonder how are they doing now?
(No way, I don't really wanna know :))
I just can hardly believe that was my life, it feels like another incarnation of mine, really.
Too deep is the the abyss I have fallen into...
